- Register or sign in. Your mobile number is your access key. You'll be able to see your history, the status of your shipments in progress, and our online promotions.
- Visit our Store from Orders, or create a + New Shipment from Shipments.
- Select your recipient and generate your shipment. It's important that you take the weight and dimensions of your package seriously — they will be verified by our team before validating your shipment.
- Select the different possibilities we offer you, they make the difference:
- Door-to-Door Service: Your package or shipment will be delivered into the recipient's own hands.
- Provincial Hub Delivery: The recipient will be contacted to pick up their package at the central warehouse of their province or region.
- Dangerous Goods: It is mandatory for all items that include lithium batteries.
- Insurance: Includes replacement of your item in case of loss or damage. The brand, model, and description of the shipped item must be declared.
- Packaging review, documentation, transportation, and customs — handled by us.
- 100% online payment; we accept Credit, Debit, or Interac e-Transfer.

In all cases, upon receipt of your package, we verify it according to current regulations, validate it together, and only then do you proceed to pay for it.
