Minimum 10 lbs (about 4.5 kg) per shipment. There's no fixed maximum — for very large or unusual loads, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll quote you directly.
Mexico: 5–10 days. Colombia: 6–12 days. Cuba: 7–14 days. Dominican Republic: 6–12 days. Times start counting from the day we pick up your package, not from when you book.
Yes. Pickup at any address in Montreal or Laval is included in the price. We coordinate the date and time with you by phone or WhatsApp once you book.
Most household items: clothing, shoes, toys, electronics, non-perishable food, hygiene products, gifts. Some items have restrictions (e.g. medications, dangerous goods). When in doubt, ask us first.
100% online by credit card, debit card, or Interac e-Transfer. You pay only when you book — there's nothing to pay on pickup or delivery.
